Karl Koshy
FOUNDER AND CEO Karl has over 20 years of leadership experience in IT-infrastructure, supply chain, B2B, IaaS, and cloud-migration. Prior to StratoZone, Karl founded Synnefo Technology Solutions, a virtualization software and services firm, where he developed various virtualization and cloud solutions that were acquired by VMWare Inc., in 2009. Synnefo was acquired by Forsythe Technologies Inc., in 2013. Prior to Synnefo, Karl spent over 10 years at KPMG Consulting where he developed and led the North American Public Sector B2G and e-Procurement practice. In this role, he conceived, designed, and led the development of KPMG’s Solicitation Automation and Virtual Vendor Integration (SAVVI) supply-chain product suite that was acquired by Metiom Inc. in 2000.

Pawel Druciak
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER Pawel has more than 15 years of IT infrastructure experience including virtualization, cloud ITaaS, cloud migration and security. Prior to joining StratoZone, he has served as a senior technology consultant at Synnefo Technology Solutions where his client-base was primarily the IT organizations of Fortune 500 companies. He was instrumental in implementing large-scale virtualization and cloud migrations at over 15 of the Fortune 500. Prior to Synnefo, Pawel spent five years at BearingPoint Inc., as a senior consultant and strategic advisor.

Michael Gahagan
DIRECTOR, PRODUCTS & SOLUTIONS Michael has over 20 years of technology experience with a wide range of experience in designing, developing, integrating, implementing, and supporting enterprise systems and solutions. Prior to joining StratoZone, he served as Vice President of Global Technical Services at Hubwoo, A Perfect Commerce Company. Over the course of his tenure at Hubwoo, Michael grew a team of technical consultants in Chicago focused on regional delivery into a globally-focused team spanning four countries specializing in development, customization, integration, implementation and support of cloud procurement and sourcing solutions.

Tom Niedzielak
DIRECTOR, DEVELOPMENT Tom has over 15 years of development experience and software development leadership. He was instrumental in developing the cloud orchestration and management software suites for various cloud services providers and Fortune 500 customers. Tom led the migration automation team at Synnefo Technology Solutions where he was responsible for the development of various software products and solutions. Prior to Synnefo, Tom spent over 10 years as a software developer at Deloitte, BearingPoint and TerraNova Trading.

Michael D. Riggs
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Mike brings over 20 years of financial experience to StratoZone where he serves on the board of directors. He served as strategic advisor and Chief Financial Officer to Synnefo Technology Solutions, where he managed the financial aspects of the company’s asset and corporate acquisitions by third party firms. Mike previously spent over 10 years at Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and Hewitt in various audit and finance roles.
